To optimise our application (app) portfolio, Ottobock uses the software ‘Flurry’.

Flurry allows for the app’s use by the user to be understood and evaluated statistically. In the process, personal data are neither collected nor evaluated. Evaluation is done in an aggregate manner. Examples include the number of users during a given period of time, or page visits within a certain subject area.

Flurry does not collect any personal data, such as names, phone numbers, unique device IDs (UDIDs), e-mail addresses or messages. Flurry only stores the device type, the operating system used, the name of the ISP, and the aggregated numbers on the use of the app itself, as mentioned above.
